So we've been a bit MIA from our blog as of late, but that's simply because we have been expanding Orawgi in BIG ways. Early July will see out 2nd Orawgi Cafe open in Hamilton, & we are also about to move the food creation part of the cafe's to a commercial kitchen in Salisbury. This means we will be able to create on a larger scale & hopefully add some new elements to the cafes; such as offering packs of our popular bagels, loafs & lots more!
In celebration of all thats going on, we wanted to share a popular Orawgi recipe with our loyal friends & customers. We're now aiming to post on our blog more often & to bring fun & fresh content to you. In the lead up to our Everyday Raw workshop next week, hosted by Orawgi's creator, & one of Australia's leading raw food chefs Jamie Louise, we thought why not share a sweet recipe, one that will definitely get those taste buds excited!
